All of our work is done by appointment only. Please feel free to contact us via email or phone to schedule your appointment.

If you choose to use email, we have a order form that will help get the ball rolling. Just fill it out and email it back to us or bring it to your appointment.

Here are the current wait times for the different kinds of projects we handle. Each project completion date will dependent on the complexity and volume of your project. For more information about how long it will take to get back your project feel free to ask during your appointment.

Typically projects take the following time to complete:

• Video Transfer: 1 to 2 weeks
• Scanning: 2 to 3 weeks (depending on the volume)
• Montages / Life Movies: 1 to 2 weeks
• Photo Restoration: 1 to 2 weeks

We are typically in the studio Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. If we don't answer we could be in editing mode, please just leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.

If you have an appointment and need to cancel or change it an hour before it is to occur, please call 781-248-3228 to let us know.
